• Solitary Bone Cyst (Traumatic Bone Cyst): Usually situated above the inferior dental canal.

• Stafne's Bone Defect (Static Bone Cavity/Lingual Mandibular Bone Defect): Located below the inferior dental canal. (Note: Stafne's is a pseudocyst/developmental defect, not a true cyst).
